Hey we were definitely having headaches in the beginning.. so we got our house tested for Radon and the results were so high the builder had a company install a fan to remove all the radon and then they tested is again and it was low .. since then we haven’t had that many headaches but sometimes I still wake up with them if the heat is up high . Also I’m focus on self care and my fitness journey as well

I have a new build and for a while after moving in and sporadically now I get headaches while I'm sleeping but I never thought it was the house hmm... I like your answer about growing a community, I'm here for it! I retired from the military in 2017 and was so fit but I have also gained 20 pounds that I will be taking off before summer (waiting on my Peloton to be delivered) so let's do this!

Agree about bathing at night but also in the morning! My mom ALWAYS tap said you don’t get in the bed with the day on you. And no one wants to smell your bed, home , animals on you! Next get to know me: maybe your education or certifications, Greek or not, more children, wife life, career aspirations, as comfortable.

Although i do have seasonal allergies, i think i am allergic to something in my home. So far i have yet to figure out what it can be...
