Really enjoyed listening to your story and your background into fitness and triathlon. I’m predominantly a runner but did give aquathlons and triathlons a go a few years back but my bike was too slow and didn’t ever seeing me investing so stuck to the running 🏃🏻‍♀️

Likewise, an ultra is certainly on my list to do one day but the idea of running that far terrifies me 🤣

I think its so important to be so honest! It's so easy to over evaluate the food we eat too, I've definitely been there myself. I love hearing how everyone starts triathlon its always interesting!
