Welcome. I didn't think in last few years your predecessor 'O Malley did a decent job here. There were sexual abuse in seminaries under his watch ge did nothing. He was often MIA in Rome. I don't think you should get your red hat automatically if you come to major archdiocese. You should earn it. However strive harder and Be Blessed. To O']Malley I say thank you goodbye and rest well.
