I love the dermalogica pre-cleanse balm, I use it the way you used the coconut oil. Then I follow it up with their cleansing gel, my skin is so soft and clean after!

Kii ETIENNE I prefer to rinse with water & then pat dry.. Continuous rubbing & tugging on the skin isn't good..

Your skin is probably sensitive from all the rubbing, tugging, & scrubbing you're doing which is unnecessary if you have the right products. Ponds Cold Cream is a gentle way to remove every bit of m/u including mascara, apply liberally & tissue off, if you want high end Lancôme's Crème Douceur is the ultimate m/u remover that you tissue off, then wash your face & "rinse" (you didn't) with warm water, & lastly use a astringent such as Clinique's Clarifying Lotion #1 to deep clean pores. Follow with your moisturizer & you're done. Cut your face a break with all the pulling & rubbing that's why I don't like m/u removing cloths.
