It sounds so cliché, but this man has changed my life; I went from 6ft tall 195 lb 'dad bod' to 165lb 'warrior physique' in one year. running, the gym, complete change in diet. Toughest part is pushing yourself mentally, discipline, and consistency. The physical part is actually not that tough. Between Goggins, and Jocko, these men have saved my life.

My only concern is that Goggins fucked up his body in the process. Obsessions can be really good to become the best in the world at something, or to achieve something, but they have to make sense.
