I recently bought the book, I was skeptical about it at first then I did a little research on the site and saw that everything was legit the website and the payment process so I decided to buy it. The book immediately caught my attention, and I really enjoyed it. It offers practical advice on achieving success in life, both materially and in maintaining your spirit and body. Honestly, I would highly recommend it. It’s not even expensive-I've paid twice as much for things that were half as good.

@@ChadDoyle-g3s either we hate it or love it, it’s life’s dynamic flow, for example,if work and it’s environment are fuelled with negativity (which every possible job is) we are forced to work either way, since work gifts us money, money gifts us life essentials to keep on working again, it’s a cycle and there is nothing to complain about, rather we should face it if possible in a neutral state, as for work as an example if it’s truly more negative than positive, i wouldn’t recommend to think of it positively and that would become reality NO that’s fake news, but i’d recommend to phase it and see it as a neutral space and time where you do you and you go back home to relax that’s all, does it bring you joy (probably not) but does it pay you (yes) then that’s good …
@othmanSmtg2 ай бұрын
@@ChadDoyle-g3s as for “look at things positively” most ppl who are optimistic fall into extreme pessimism sadly due to unexpected events that turn their optimism into shock thus their emotions becoming fuelled with sorrow, hate and having a pessimistic view over life, i’d recommend to see all worldly things as realistically as possible, if the sky is blue today, the pessimistic one would say “whatever idc i just hate it here”, the optimistic would say “wooow it’s blue again yaaay” the realistic person would be like “good weather today, let’s keep on grinding”, being realistic improves rational analysis rather than emotional, and it’s good from time to time to give good hopes and optimism for other ppl or even yourself, but to never ever live by that life style, All in All this is all based on my perspective, and all i hope for is that this comment finds you well, other than that i’m gladly waiting for your response and hear your own perspective of life. I came to the realization very fast on how much I was babying myself through life, I'm 19 now and still pretty young, but I'm looking around and realizing that I'm not where I wanna be and that made me the most uncomfortable I've ever been. If you do what you hate and you continue to push through it you're on the right path.
@blitzisdonutАй бұрын
I understand not being where you wanna be but being uncomfortable is a good thing. it won’t let you rest(in a good way) you won’t be able to sit an just do nothing an be fine with that. You will stay on ur toes and being uncomfortable will help you strive for ur goals harder. ex a lot of these videos say save money or put it into real estate and use as little money as you can. Doing all those will make you very very uncomfortable but helps you strive.

All these comments saying "1 like = 1 pushup". Nah, you shouldn't need some sort of reward for doing something related to excercise or athletism, or any small task at all. Your reward is feeling good about yourself, feeling good after your done, realizing your doing something that means something. dont live life craving rewards for every small task, live life craving success, and the rewards will come to you.

"You put yourself in that situation where luck might happen." It's the worst feeling when you bust your butt off for years, altogether over two decades, you get in the best shape of your life and- you suffer catastrophic injury the evening before qualifiers for european championships. After everything, you still qualify. What now, a 6 weeks away from the race of your life, and you can't train for a month? Sometimes you're simply dealt a shit hand. It just really sucks when its keeps happening over and over in those situations for some of us.

I surrounded myself with winners and let go of people dragging me down with their negative mindset Now I am much more calm, and it's wild how clear mind makes everything shift for better instantly.

I’m tired. Been and still depressed for 4 years, treatment was for the past 2 years, now i’m done with it, did my research, meds help with nothing but wasting time, health and money. Hating life continuosly is draining me, nothing goes as planned, nothing seems to be good anymore, can’t find happiness in any worldly activity nor anything i could acquire, every day’s the same day, people have Monday to Sunday, i have one day and survive in it wishing that night comes up quick, when it’s bed time i always pray to sleep and not wake up tomorrow, once i’m awake for the new (same) day, it goes the same way, i live in a negative circumstance my studies/clinical work/ social life drain me the F out. And by far loneliness is the superior cause of all this, can’t find any friends nor i have any energy to make people like me or not, can’t date nor be in any kind of relationship for religious reasons (no discussion about this), wanting one day to either die alone and lonely or find a woman that would care about my stupid life, that would help me out, i’m trying my best to survive but i have low hopes that a woman would love me as i am depressed (not pessimistic but more realistic)

The best thing you can do to turn this around is find God. Jesus loves you and wants a relationship with you, these feelings will subside I promise. Praying for you 🙏

@@ShiftToStoic thank you for your response, i’m muslim btw, and the thing is depressions, sorrow and sadness and many psychopathologies aren’t that much related with religion, it might be smtg that’s neonatal or maybe genetic predisposition, religion helps to survive suicide as i can’t commit suicide that’s the only reason, either way apart from religion differences or anything else i don’t mind it really, the wholesome thing here is that you cared and read my comment, thank you brother, hope God guides us out of this loop hole with his divine enlightenment. Hope we survive until then

dont seek happiness. Collect money, do muscles, be good man towards anyone on the street, be the man every other man would dream to be and happiness will seek you.
@othmanSmtg2 ай бұрын
@ thank you so much for your response brother, but truly speaking i’m not seeking happiness in it’s glorious ways of describing it, i’m a very basic man, being calm and collected 70-90% of the time would mean a lot more to me than to have a temporary happiness, and as you said, the path to becoming a better man is not to seek happiness, instead for it to become something that you’re not going to be troubled due to the incapability of seeking it. Only by then, being happy or not wouldn’t mean a thing to you since the calmness state of mind would offer a more realistic perspective of life … or is it that true calmness and being flexible with live’s cycle of positivity and negativity is indeed the true definition of happiness. Happiness is indeed a term that possibly has many meanings depending upon your own personal life situation, either way i’d like to hear from you again dear brother, hope your past days, present and future days have treated, treats and are going to treat you respectively good. Yet again thank you.

I’m tired too brother. But just remember there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. I have trouble with the ladies myself. But at the end of the day, if I don’t respect myself, how can I expect a woman to respect me? Focus on yourself for once. Staying in a healthy routine always helps me. Pray brother, god is there to give you strength. He’s your biggest fan, and I’m rooting for you too. You’re not alone out there. I’m going through it with you right now. Push through brother. There’s always greener pastures we just gotta get there first. Love you man

I was a dedicated bodybuilder when I was a kid and in my early 20s. In my 30s, I went through so much pain from life. For most of my life, I had to endure so much pain, and when I had reached my 30s, I stopped working out. Now, when I lift weights, my body doesn't want to. My body wants me to be comfortable. Now I have to lift weights even when I dont feel like it. I hope this video helps a lot of people who are listening to this.

Practice discipline over motivation every day. Don't wait for motivation to come by and visit. Be aware of your comfort zones, then challenge them. Change happens outside of all those comfort zones. Positive changes happen in discomfort. Be a Doer. Stop talking about it or waiting for something. Action eliminates anxiety. Repeat. You can lead, follow or get out of the way. Pick one. When people zig, you can zag. You can be a contrarian. Don't wait for a following to start. Just start. When you are alone, you can move faster. Not a follower? When you meet a fork in the road, forge a new path.
