They went into Seattle (3-0) and lost by 6. They played Pittsburgh (3-0) and lost by 7, they blew out a then undefeated Bucs team who was playing really well by 20 in Tampa, and just beat the Jets in Jersey. They're 2-2 having played 3, at worst, solid football teams and the Jets. They're mediocre, I'm not denying that, but people need to recognize this Denver team isn't a free win anymore. Take them seriously or pay the price.

They can't stop talking about Rodgers. I'm a Packer fan. We're 2-2 so far this season and nobody is talking about us. When they do it's all about how good is Jordan Love compared to Rodgers. Nothing else is of any interest. If Rodgers was still our QB, we'd be in the spotlight on all sports shows every night. When Rodgers was QB for us, we played maybe 3 Sunday afternoon games all year. This season we're playing 10. And this is coming off a season where we went two games into the playoffs.

With the Jets everything starts at the top and that means Woody Johnson. As long as Johnson is owning the team I don't see this team ever winning. Johnson seems concerned only that the Jets are profitable or not. And they are. Johnson doesn't seem to think that winning is a priority. Johnson about every 3-4 years hires as HC's, former assistant coaches without any HC'ing experience. Never hires any HC's with at least some experience with some winning football success. It's a Rinse and Repeat technique seems like to me. It's just not a recipe for success. It's just a recipe for failure. Continual never-ending failure, in my opinion.
