I love Rex as a head coach. He just needs the right OC.

Lions fan here. The Jets just need to start their season all over lol I remember Rex coaching with the Jets. I would miss him as a sports analyst too.

I was just about to say, being a Lions fan, the way he talked about the Lions instead think the Lions made him realize how much he misses coaching.

Give me a break. Rex is a big Mouth, nothing more. He was the Linebackers coach when the ravens won the Superbowl. The guy had some success with a Jets Roster that was put together before he got there and then proceeded to destroy with picks like Mark Sanchez. He's only highly regarded because he gave the media tons of quotes and interviews and back page material. Meanwhile the other NY football team was the one actually beating the Patriots and winning Superbowls

Rex went to the Bills in 2015. Mainly because they had a top 4 D the previous year. Guess what happened. He went 8-8 and the D got so much worse. The problem is Rex loves the spotlight like Jerry Jones. So he could never just be a coordinator.

Less tha a year ago, Deion Sanders was just a gimmick and not a real coach. Now some of the same critics are debating where his next coacjing job should be. Aint that something?
@RobertBallz4 күн бұрын
Deion is definitely staying in college football. He got the number two ranked qb in the country. To join his team next year.

Greeny doesn't want Rex for job. He's just being PC.
@RobertBallz4 күн бұрын
@@nebbiolo702Because when the Jets go 6-11 with Rex. Then Greeny will be put in a weird situation.

Get Rex. Get a Stud OC that like AZ HC makes players "play like killers" and let them re-build the Jets culture. Give Rex time to fix this and that's our best chance to get back in the playoffs. Rodgers needs to go. That experiment of letting a player run a team is over.

He is no better than Saleh. Another glorified D coordinator

With Rex, you already know he’s going to go in there and improve the defense, inspire his team, motivate them, and grab a snack. They’d need to hire a dynamic offensive coordinator if they go after another defensive minded coach…
@ChrisWigal-qn6lh23 минут бұрын
If things keep going the way they’re going. IDE bet Deion Sanders is the next coach of Alabama!
@sevnsinnz64684 күн бұрын
This should come as no surprise to anyone who has watched Rex for some time as he's been campaigning for an NFL job every single time he's on TV. EVERY time.
@vincente45704 күн бұрын
I think the Jets should boldly go after both Deion and Shedeur Sanders at the same time. Or at least make another bold move and trade for Brian Daboll while my Giants hire Uncle Billy to enhance that decent defense into a respectable defense. Of course they should draft a quarterback or trade for one that can at least be serviceable until they can find one in the draft🥂🥳

Jets Media Taking a Firm Stand Against Rex are Just People Who Want to Appear Like They are "Smart"...They Would Absolutely LOVE to Have Rex Back and They Know it....Jets Media is Constantly Complaining About The ENERGY of This Team Yet You Dont Want Rex??...Come on Stop it Now...Bring in Sexy Rexy!
@matthewvang34754 күн бұрын
I think the Jets will do much better without Rogers: 1. Jets has good widerecievers and tightens 2. Also, improve their defense. Rex will be just like Buddy Ryan. Buddy did a good job of coaching the Eagles back in the days, but no superbowel rings. Even with Bill Billicheck, they will not win. The Jets are cursed. HELLO...

Ryan Clark is such a corporate clown. Acting like a robot just to receive a paycheck is so pitiful. The worst part is these fools can say whatever they want, be wrong every single time, and then pretend they never said it while feeding more rubbish to the mindless people who believe them.
@hirkballs4 күн бұрын
Save it. Ryan Clark been the best part of EsPN football coverage for a while. Accusing him of being a corporate clown is absurd. You talking outta your ass pal.

Honestly, if you look at film like I do, they don't seem to want to play for Rodgers....Go look at the film, not run your mouth just to have something to say. They give up on routes, they don't come back for the ball, mhe forces throws on short yardage situation when they should be smashing it...GO LOOK AT THE FILM...

Rodgers is loved by most teammates. It's quite ironic how you tell people to do research but then buy into whatever the media says about Rodgers.
