You could realistically say the same thing about heavy pass offenses. Both have their positives and negatives. Pass heavy could start slow and get behind so much that it’ll be too hard to come back. But can also score fast if done correctly. Hesvy running also can have those problems but also if done correctly c can keep the other teams qb off the field which is huge in big games. I think this is the key for eagles in big games. They want the other qb to have no time of possession
