Okay so I’ve had Dyson for 2 months tried every single technique mousse, rollers, cool shots for 15,30,60 and 90sec, texturising sprays, a whole lot from all the videos I could find, buying along the way multiple products and tools. And THIS is the only thing that worked. Today it is day 4 and my curls are still there and dropped about 50-60% of what it was on day one but my hair still look like they’ve been blown dry after I applied some dry shampoo. Big big thank you for this video! ❤ Ps. I just used my standard hair spray nothing extra. Did not buy the products from the video

Hi, did you use any pre styling products like a serum, oil or heat protectant?

⁠I do, Lee Stafford Heat protection shine mist. I like it, but I use whatever is lightweight. I must say that since I wrote the initial comment I also a had a haircut where I requested layers and I was a bit worried I might regret that but it helped with the bounciness.

Great video! Love your hairstyle . . . and found the day-by-day progression very helpful. Am interested to know what hair texture you have - ie, thick, thin, fine, wavy etc? Also, is your hair cut in layers or all one length? Looking forward to seeing any future dyson videos you post! :-).

I have always read that you shouldn’t put any oil products on your hair before styling, so I’m wondering about the castor oil water spray you are using

Yes with hot tools because the oil heats up to a higher temperature but I find with the Dyson because it doesn’t get as hot it works well!

What are you doing with your hair at night? Do you sleep with it loose or in some sort of protective style?

I tried a silk bonnet but it didn’t work for me 😢 so I take a silk scrunchy and do a very low pony tail
