Hello sir, I'm a Army vet and I'm disabled with low vision, I flew to Africa to my wife's interview and wasn't allowed to enter the embassy to attend the interview, I'm a US citizen and we have been denied because of fraud and misrepresentation, it's imposible to stay in her country for longe periods of time because or my doctors and the poor infrastructure! The stress and anxiety has us in a state or devastation! My wife is with child and it's been 3 years since we married and the officer was drilling my wife with questions about my marriage to my ex wife that ended over 20 years ago! Must I move to Africa and then file? That would be a Extreme hardship on me and my elderly mother that lives with me! Thanks

Hi. USA citizen applying for form i130 for husband since October 2018. I have applied through marriage visa. Most likely he will receive green card when he comes to USA. Waiting already 8 months and wanted to know if my husband can visit me here in USA from Uk for the first time since his papers in processing now. It’s hard being married and far distance from my husband. Is there any type of visa for him to come to USA and I changed the status when he comes or not? He is a British citizen as well. Thanks you!

Pls I have 4 kids in my own country..And I filled their names wen applying for visa in My country Nigeria..But I went to the embassy with just 2 of my kids and my ex husband..We got the visa and came to the United States..so I left 2 of my kids back home..We got here in America and my ex divorced me..So I moved on and married a US citizen but my husband refused me filling the names of my other 2 kids in my country on the i485 form as my kids..He only filled the 2 I came in with on the immigration form and we are scalded for an interview..Pls do I tell them the truth the I have 4 but my husband only knows the 2 here,or should I stick to the 2 he filled on the form

If my husband visa is ready now I leave in south Carolina and the cost of the fliggt here is ridiculous 4,000 +the flight to Charlotte North Carolina it only 800+ van he fly there in stead of here in the south. Hi a question for anyone. My friend got married in USA on a B1/B2 visa he only went to usa for 15 days got married and returned uk.. Now my question is 1 - can his wife put in for a permanent resident ? 2- while his application of permanent resident is on going, can he still travel backwards and forward to usa and back to uk? I am living in Jamaica from 2010 but I once had a green card because I was married to my wife but I was been verbally abuse on when I went the my last immigration interview my wife did not come with me so I had 30 day to go back to my country so I went back to Jamaica. Now in 2022 I went to the bank in Jamaica on the bank is asking my for a us social security number to do transaction on say I am a us resident what do I do now because the bank won't make me use my Jamaican documents at the Bank I am confused
