Why did You use the 243 thread locker glue on the nuts ? Is this the way to go ?

I probably didn’t have to, but the nuts are just plain, thin nuts. No nylock style or anything like that. The flipper plate is also threaded so the screws tighten the bushing to the plate, but the added nuts on the back probably just help keep the screws tight. My guess is that since the screws are tightening the nylon bushings down, they might slightly loosen over time, hence the extra jam nuts to lock the screws from loosening over time. The 243 blue locktite is just a little added insurance, plus it looked like the previous rebuild was done the same way.

can You measure thickness of this filler gauge in milimeters ?

The flipper gap tool from Marco measured about 1.0mm.
