Hi great info. Does your lender require a seasoning period before they approve a cash out refi?

No seasoning requirements but if the property was purchased less than 12 months ago and you want to do a refi than the purchase price is used along with any renovations added to it.

I'm in Chicago, Illinois. I saw that multi-units don't qualify. Does that pertain to commercial units of 5 or more???

For Chicago, Illinois we would look at commercial multi-units but LTV may be lower (50-60% LTV).
