Maria, KhusKhus is generally added to make the gravy dishes thicker. The traditional recipe for Cafreal doesn't have KhusKhus & since this dish is dry you won't need it, but you can definitely add it if you want. Regarding covering & cooking the Chicken Cafreal, once we have sealed the juices. We'll, we have actually done exactly that & mentioned it in the video after 10 mins of open cooking, but couldn't show the opening & closing of the pan due to the limited time we have to show the whole recipe. Estrelina you can take a whole chicken and it into pieces & also prepare this Cafreal recipe no problem. We will come with a recipe for Pork Sausage in the next few months. Need good sun for drying the sausages once they are made, hence waiting for the right time.

Orville, poppy seeds, tomato & cashew nuts can be used if you're making green chicken curry. I personally don't think it will taste like Cafreal with those ingredients 🙂
