i'm gonna get a quest 2 in a week and i've been binging your videos because i just can't help but be impatient for the quest 2, lol i've also learned some pretty damn useful tips, like not using glasses with the quest 2 which is something my mother told me to do. Edit: i didn't know glass spacers existed at the time of commenting. thanks for telling me. however, i use my glasses while with the VR on so i should have no problems with that. Edit PART 2: i didn't get a quest 2 but i got a rift CV-1. Decided to just buy a cv-1 instead of a quest 2 because it was the cheapest option i found near me + because of the recent 100$ price increase. I'm surprised that people actually care about this lmao

You missed one that should’ve been in the list imo. Its called Pavlov: Shack (or just Pavlov). Its a really fun multiplayer shooter game thats FREE. It has lots of weapons with realistic weapon mechanics and has lots of different maps and game modes. It has proximity chat and lets you talk with your team (by pressing on your temple kinda like a radio) its still in beta but still really good

I think I can answer for the Stride part, in most cases recordings will be so blurry that they don't think it's worth it. On PC there is a recording mode, which stabilizes it, but I think it looks bad when put on youtube

Ready at Dawn has already confirmed in a dev log a few months back that Echo Combat is never coming to quest. They say there is a specific technical reason for it, but due to the lack of support the game has gotten over the past year, and the vagueness of the statement, I honestly doubt they have tried hard at all.

I made only one single match at ECHO VR. I almost vomited my stomach for the motion sickness, but had fun and... I WON the match! p.s. IMHO everyone should consider "DROP DEAD" another 10/10 game. It's the perfect VR translation for rail gun games like "House of The Dead", perfectly polished, fun and visually very cool.

TIPS FOR ECHO VR I would consider myself a vet of echo vr, over 1.3k games played, Plat vrml (echo’s esports), and I have been playing it almost non stop since I got my quest 2 last Christmas. TIPS SECTION just put your lobbies on casual mature from the get go. Trust me, this makes the game a lot better. You can do this from the main menu you should see lobbies on the left hit that button and hit casual mature. This puts you in lobbies with much less children. When you enter into a match lobbies aren’t considered only skill. So you will like match with squeakers from 0-500 games then much less from then on. Simply use the mute button on anyone you find annoying or toxic and encourage your team to do the same. Many people in the casual mature lobbies are kind so ask around for some tips from people you see in lobbies. I have helped countless new players and many will do the same. It is very easy to dump many hours into this game as the skill ceiling is very high and the community is awesome (at least in casual mature). Playground is mostly children and competitive is not as noob friendly as casual. Starting off throw the disk like a ball it is shaped like a frisbee but it is faster to throw it like a ball. Disk speed is player speed + arm speed + wrist speed. KZbin videos or people can teach you things like regrabbing (continually grabbing and launching off of each other to gain major speed) but the best way to gain skill is simply experience. I go by the same name in game and play most days. If you see me feel free to say hi or ask for some help. To all of you noobs, good luck, and good times.

The tax for the games in UK are terrible I get contractors and is so much fun Onward if you play with friends is really unique experience very very immersive Stride is so nice for the price I got it and the time it was realise.
