If you are considering doing multiple characters from a single anime, I suggest Inosuke, his brutish and tough nature would give Bakugo and Kirishima a run for their money. I think his quirk would be something like his "Spacial Awareness" it'd allow him to detect where people are in a large radius. I think that everyone would think that his boar mask is his actual head but when it falls off from throwing hands with Bakugo or he takes it off(whichever happens first) everyone is just really confused, and would probably follow with what Zenitsu said, "WHAAAT THAT"S WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE?!" (hey maybe he would be a good choice too, he'd probably be really happy that there are no demons in BNHA).

I made a version of him that the demon is actually a villain in hiding and his quirk is symbiotic and when attached to a host they feed off their quirk*making them weaker and eventually making them Quirkless* but since Asta is a strong host and Quirkless easy person to hide in plain sight and along the series Asta goes through training making it into class 1A and really good pals with Deku and mutual respect for Bakugo as Asta also wants to be #1 later in the arcs the villain realized he is permanently bonded to Asta but can talk through his mind telling him to give him control Asta tosses it as bad conscious and eventually gets his support Item Demon Ruin Sword Wich is a mixture of all his swords made by Hatsume as if a easy projectile is coming to him he turns it into Demon Dweller sword by extending the blade and absorbing the projectile and shooting it back and if the sword*anime logic* feels the grip tightens in a way that its gonna hit something with lots of mass and force it turns into the Demon Slayer sword and it's Initial form is the Demon Destroyer Sword and later in the arcs 1A vs 1B class are against each other *sorry spoiler* Asta's Team is Losing as he realized he gonna lose next thing happens he goes berserk going Half Demon dubbing it Black Asta, He gets it under control and Realized he now knows that the villain on the run is his source of power but has to keep it a secret from the rest now he is more like Asta people think he is a later Boomer and has to keep a secret that he was actually Quirkless without it as Black Asta he can do basically anything Black Clover Asta can do except works on Quirks and his quirk is so easily dangerous that he is now on watch *later in arcs* pros found out he is a host for a villain and charge him for his crimes but class 1A and the school of UA stick up for him and say they will be under their super vision and prove that a Hero can use a villains power for good and that's where I'm gonna leave off

Subaru would be super OP without actually dying. Each Quirk has a weakness to them. Like Tanjiro's breathing technique can damage his body wihtout proper forms or even using the Ki too much will eat at your life force. Return by death needs to have some kind of crazy block for Subaru to overcome. if it is not actually dying, then how about needing to critically injure himself to use it. Or not being able to control the checkpoint he goes back to.

Light yagami: a villain disguised as a student. His quirk is the death note without the notebook. It would be really cool to see him build relationships with characters a the affect on them when he is caught
