We had a lot of fun bringing exchange students to My Hero Academia last time, and this time we’re just totally ruining Principal Nezu’s life. We’re bringing all of our favorite villains--like Orochimaru from Naruto, Dio Brando from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, and Hisoka from Hunter X Hunter--to the hallowed halls of UA.

Omg speed wagon would be a mechanics teacher His quirk would be : metal sharpen When we first met him he had blades in his hat 🎩 this gave me the idea.he could change the composition on anything and turn it into metal that he could bend to his will. The drawback is that once he changes something he can’t change it back so that’s why he chose to be an engineer. He’d have an interest in ojiro because he’s like Jonathan a nice young gentleman (#give ojiro mor screen time) and obviously mae hastmei with her sight enhancing quirk she could break down the conpund of the metal he makes and could use it in her designs FYI his support item is his hat with blades and or cane with the metal top

8:34 Actually even in the hero course it’s never said you need a quirk to be accepted into UA . It’s just 10 out of 10 times a person with a a quirk will score higher in the hero course exam. Since Dio only going into the business course at first , he’ll only need to score high enough for the entrance exam.

I just had an idea, though this quirk might be a bit OP I feel like it fits the character Character: Kirito Series: Sword Art Online Title: The Hope Hero Hero Name: Kirito Quirk Name: Mental Image Quirk Description: This quirk essentially works with what Night Eye was talking about with how Deku changed the future,” The power in human thoughts, an image so clear in your mind that it leaves no room for doubts,”( sorry if I got the quote wrong) so this quirk brings the images one sees in their mind into reality by augmenting the person in question to be able to do the feats required for what they envision. Another ability this quirk has is know as Memory Release which can unlock something’s memories and give it some of those traits, and this ability works in two stages ‘enhancement’ which unleashes some of the objects memories giving it some abilities or enhancements related to what that thing was and the second stage ‘Recollection’ which releases all the things memories giving it access to it’s most savage power, but it can also be a bit uncontrollable if something is really strong or if the wielder isn’t experienced enough to use it. Quirk Drawbacks: This quirk works on all people involved in the fight so even the opponent is effected by mental image, but this doesn’t apply to Enhance and Recollection those only work on things in the user’s grasp.

Orochimaru’s perfect nomu should be Cell, with multiple mixed quirks, such as: Ki- Goku’s quirk but with a little nitro glycerin, so he’s blowing things up Zenkai- Nomu regeneration but with Muscle augmentation, so his muscles come back stronger whenever he regenerates Bug man- A series of Mutation quirks that give him his bug like appearance, as well as flight Cell Jr- Creation and Ectoplasm mixed so that he can make mini Nomus that resemble him Are you done yet- A mix of Gigantomachia’s pain numbing quirk and Harden which allows him to tank large attacks without any damage or pain Behind you- Jet and Engine mixed to allow for extremely short bursts of incalculable speed Reinvigoration- Variation of Gigantomachia’s stamina quirk, allows him to refill his stamina with his ego. All for me- A mix of All for One and Toga’s quirk that let’s him permanently obtain a quirk by drinking its user through his tail. If he does not fully drink his opponent, he only obtains a bit of their quirks power. Super Perfect Cell- A full cowling style form that he attains after drinking a portion of Deku’s blood. Enhances based speed, strength, agility, and durability, which stack with his other quirks. Probably a bit over powered, but he is the Perfect Nomu and I wanted to capture his power set, which is already broken. In his super perfect state, I would put him at All Might+, which would take the combined efforts of UA, the Pro Heroes, and maybe even some villains.
