Sir one thing you are providing kind of microplanning (your daily schedule)...like day 1 this chap...but when I planning like this I couldn't complete it frustrates me...so if I join what you can help me in this regard ...thanks

Yes. I agree. If we miss out on one day's schedule, then we lost entirely in following the schedule. For that, you can make a monthly or weekly schedule and try to accommodate with it.
