I so hope the first father was reunited with his babies and that the real predator was sent to prison. I do understand a mother who wants to protect her kids and she passed, so she wasn’t lying that they told her that, but children are so impressionable and it’s easy for a molester to confuse them and threaten them into saying someone else’s name. You also don’t know when it happened just based on when your kids tell you. She kept saying the other man wasn’t around when they told her, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t do it at some point! Really bothers me when people do that. They don't care about the hurt they're inflicting on the CHILDREN while using them as pawns in a petty fight against an ex. She wants hurt him so much, that she's not only willing to deprive the kids of a dad who adores them, but she's willing to let the man who ABUSED them get away with it too. Absolutely disgusting. I don't think she's actually going to let him see them either, she only grudgingly said yes because of the audience and Steve's reaction. She'll find excuses not to let him see them. He should have taken her to court to fight for shared custody years ago!!

The mom in the second case needs to get counseling for her daughter, to find out why she does not want James around. She might be feeling like he is taking her mom from her. Dunno the kid but some kids also do this when they no longer run the house and try to regain control. I was asked to watch a friend's little brother, till someone got home. The kid was a little fucking asshole. Anytime he didn't get his way he'd go to school and say he was abused and cps would come out. The day I watched him, he wanted to take off to a friend's house, told him wait till his older brother got back and the kid took off on me, screaming he didn't know me he needed help. This carried on for about 2 hrs of him going down the street to a shopping center. I followed him but didn't run up on him. He locked himself and two other ladies in a laundry matt. Cops got called, checked me out, the mom had to leave work it was a big thing. All cause I said wait

There's SOMETHING hinky going on there. Remember that 2 out of 3 kids said something about him abusing the girl. Now, I'm NOT saying that he did it! He passed the test, and he was obviously genuine in his emotions and as he talked. But I think perhaps someone else abused the kids, and they've been told/coerced/lashed out at James instead, maybe at the abusers urging, or maybe because he's a "safe" target. Kids don't usually come out with wild accusations like that outta nowhere. Although they never mentioned the children's ages either. But strange for 2 kids to say something like that, why would they dislike him so much? Who has really hurt these kids?

The first woman looked to me like she was lying. Or, if she wasn't lying, she was obsessed with an idea. Her refusing to accept his innocence was unnatural, like she just couldn't open her mind and listen because it didn't match with the fixed idea that she had implanted in her head. I just made the same comment somewhere else - not surprising for a kid to say she doesn't like him, if she believes he abused her! And I'm NOT saying that he did, I'm saying that perhaps someone else has, and the kids have been coerced to say it was James, or they're lashing out at James as a result of trauma someone else inflicted. And remember that she said two of her kids accused him, not just one. Why would 2/3 kids lie about him? Allegations of abuse of that nature doesn't come out of nowhere, they've been exposed to these ideas somewhere, and it wouldn't be the first time a victim has said the wrong name after they've been abused. She also said "why would they want to play with him and spent time with him if he'd done that, they wouldn't". That isn't true either. Many abuse victims have conflicting feelings about their abusers, since it's so often a family member too. They can love the abuser, and still be a victim, still be afraid, still hate him at the same time. But she needs to investigate further, but I couldn't so easily dismiss it. I believe that he didn't do it, but I'd want to know who did, and make those kids feel safe by keeping James out of the house until this is resolved with an investigation into who has harmed them, and lots of therapy. She can still see James on her own, without moving him and telling the kids to stop lying, until they've uncovered what's really going on with the children.

Another prime example of why I don't believe in just taking an accuser's word for it. The real predator could be the one accusing others or the accuser is protecting the real perp like the first lady. For every person who fails for molesting there is one who passes and had his name ruined for no reason. There are no legal consequences for liars the least we can do is give the accused the benefit of the doubt until we know for sure.

As for the 2nd story it seems as if the daughter simply doesn't want her mother with anyone. She told people "she doesn't want him around." As I step parent he probably brought some law and order into a chaotic household of 4 kids and she wanted to punish him-at least she had sense enough not to tell the cops her outrageous lies. She needs to discipline her daughter after this and talk to her about consequences.

Ive just watched this first story that woman is guilty of protecting the real person who molested her kids that father was proven innocent and she's still saying he did it and is refusing access to the father he should take her to court and get a lawyer to make sure that other person is questioned by the police and given a liar defector test as well and she should be charged for protecting the person rather than protecting her kids the second story I think the woman's daughter needs to sat down and spoken to about how dangerous it is to falsely accuse someone and they need to work as a family unit to get her help because he could have been sent to prison for nothing and he still wants to be there for them after all of this I wish this family all the best and I hope everything works out

Omg that second couple got me 😭😭😭 She is such a lovely young woman. I wanna jump in my screen and hold her like a child. Her sobs were so raw and heart-wrenching! I knew the first man was innocent, I wasn't sure with the second as he was much calmer... I'm glad both men passed. That second man idolises her, they are seriously in love and both so sweet natured. I thought it was odd that the daughter was telling anyone and everyone...most victims don't tell ANYONE let alone go round chatting with the neighbours over it! 😳 It's clear she was just desperate to have her Mum back to herself. She doesn't like "him" because he's with her Mum, but it could be any other man and the daughter would feel the same. It's not a personal attack on him as such. I hope they were able to sit down with her children and talk things through. Explain that he loves their Mum and loves them too. That he's not going to take their Mum from them, but wants to be the man to look after all of them. Which sounds like he's been doing anyway. He's a good man and her Mum could have ended up with one a whole lot worse than HIM! I'm wondering if the girl's own father has touched her perhaps...and she wants people to know that she's hurting, but afraid to snitch on her father? She may just have chosen the stepdad as an unfortunate fall guy to blame it on. Or it could be any male in the family not just her biological father, but she's too scared to reveal that person. Perhaps her father wants the Mum back, so told the daughter to say it to get the boyfriend out of the way. If the girl has made it up, I would guess that she's an older daughter, maybe age 10....if not older!! I don't think a younger child would be able to pull off a lie like that, nor even think of using such a story. But an older girl, particularly a young teenage girl, they can be vicious and relentless in their angry bitterness! I know! I had one myself! 😳 I met my husband when my daughter was 15, after being a single Mum all that time. I thought as she was out pretty much all the time anyway, that she was old enough to be happy for me to find someone. Yeah... I thought wrong! At first she enjoyed the idea, the novelty of it. She accidentally (on purpose! 😜) called him Dad one day. His name's Dan, so she said it was a slip of the tongue, but I knew immediately she'd been grateful his name WAS Dan, as it gave her a reason to try out "Dad" and gauge his response. She was a wild teenager anyway, unrelated to me meeting him. She'd been bullied in school and went from a loving, sweet and kind girl, into an angry, snarling, bitter and resentful b*tch on a mission! Against everyone and everything! So when she turned against her stepdad after a few months, I didn't think of it as jealousy as such. I thought of it more like, she was working her way through all of us and his turn had come up. But, me and him recently separated after 18 years together, and my daughter is thrilled! She's 33, married and has 5 children with her husband - but she's still happy I'm no longer with him. She knows it's ridiculous in that sense, at her age, but she says ridiculous or not, she can't help feeling relieved that he's gone. She'd felt he'd taken her Mum away from her, and despite the years since, and love she had for him, there was still a tiny 15 year old deep inside her who felt happy. It's a weird one, emotions that we don't want to have, but they persist anyway. She doesn't hate him, she doesn't want me to be alone and sad, but she can't help having some sense of justice being served somehow. Step families are extremely difficult to navigate. Relationships in general can be tricky, but step families even more so. If both parents have their own children there WILL come a time, like it or not, where one parent will side with their biological child over a step child. Grandparents may treat their step grandchildren differently. Even if people don't spend more money on one child, take them out more, pay attention more....they could treat all the children exactly the same, but there's still that sense in your gut that that person harbours a secret bias. Then if the couple has children together, you have the former step children of each parent, then feel not as included when a baby comes along. All I can say is...communicate! A LOT! And then some more! With all of you. Give the children the freedom to express themselves honestly, even if they're angry or resentful. Don't be blindsided by falling in love, finally meeting the partner you've been hoping for, and believing your kids are also inside this happy bubble. They are just as likely to be outside your bubble, with a pin in their hand about to pop your happiness. Step families can work of course, but there's just even more obstacles to get through. Like the daughter of the second lady, probably far too old to be pulling this shit, and yet still a baby girl in her heart afraid of losing her Mummy. I hope she's able to come to appreciate her stepfather, and realise he's not trying to take anything away...he wants to bring in so much more. I truly hope those two make it. The first woman...shame on you! You know the person in your family who molested your children!!! You still go to family BBQs where this person's at, and subject your children to having to be in his presence? Are you mad? HOW do you do that? How is that pervert not been skewered, marinated overnight and thrown on the grill at these BBQs? Jesus! You may as well pay for a motel room for him and drop the kids off for a weekend break! I promise you, that's what your kids feel like at these family gatherings! You've also deprived your kids of five years with their father, who they obviously love very much, just because he cheated on you? Did it not occur to you that in having such a vile selfish personality, is probably WHY he cheated in the first place? Who the fuck uses their children to make a point? Horrible woman! Someone needs to investigate this woman's parenting, before she fucks her children up even more than she has already! And that poor Dad! Give him the kids for the next five years, see how she likes it! Maybe if he'd never been excluded from their lives, they wouldn't have needed to be alone with the family pervert in the first place! I'm sure they love their Mum, but she is definitely not earning their love. She's selfish, and happy to deprive her children for her own purpose.
