Step four if court take too long contacting you, go to them! Step five no contact with your wife after a few months you pay in full. And last you will be divorce. Wife not signing do not stop you for divorcing her. Lady do not claim someone until you have the last name. If he want you, he'll come back to you! Let him go!!! If the lady good with you, keep her!
