Probably one of the most difficult characters to analyze. You pretty much have to know roll outs for the element of surprise and burn all cool downs for kills. However the fact that top 500 players can see the roll out coming but not react fast enough makes it look broken. I guess we can appreciate that quake aims for maximum value each time he takes those high risk dives.

People think Doomfist players have no place to complain about Bap or McCree. Have they seen the pick rate difference between them? Bap has immortality on cooldown, he does more damage than half the dps heroes, very high healing, a massive ult that does double damage and healing and free escape by holding crouch. Same thing with McCree or whatever he’s gonna be named. Currently the 2nd most picked dps behind Tracer. He has no place having 225 HP, high and consistent damage from close to mid range and flash fan denies any form of engagement. If you think Doomfist is broken, I ask you to try and see if you can pull off the stuff Quake does. Come back after you lose 200 SR.

Another problem people don't seem to realize when they complain is the fact that doom not only needs zarya cooperation for bubbles every time he engages to not die, but the fact that doom players HAVE to learn these rollouts and techs to get any value over 90% of the time. It isnt an option if you want to play at that level. This understanding isn't required when playing Cree or Bap because of their abilities.

Another issue doom has is that you have to invest 2 abilitys to first dodge either a sleep or a flash by a sinmple trick or a rollout so you cant escape.if you play him normally go in with seismic, uppercut fist away, you are most certain going to get sleeped, flashed, hooked or rocked. And hog ana and mccree are from experience almost active in every game you play. And also learning all that stuff takes time and knowledge. Another issue is when you have to face multiple counters at the same time

@@Irongrim honestly, that is basically every quickmatch, when i play with friends i usually play quickplay. Even if i dont pop of, most of the time they switch to mccree but sometimes to pharah too. Ilios i such a great map for countering pharah as doom. But yeah doomfist has a shit ton of counters. I wish for one buff. When i do a seismic slam and it does lets just say 50 dmg than after thw buff i should get lets say 65 dmg, so the seismic slam reaches the 125 dmg faster than usual. I often have the issue that they survive with barely 10 hp and i have to disengage in order to survive.

Honestly I think the thing that sets quake apart from other dooms is his aim. Hear me out - most other t500 dooms know the rollouts and can do all this flashy shit. Quake lands more primaries and charge punches which result in quicker kills. Also target selection. I watch a lot of doom streams and that's my opinion. Primaries are freaking important

People dont realize that just missing one cooldown will get you insta killed almost 95 percent of the time. Landing just one ability gets you those vital shields which sometimes doesnt even matter and even still with all the stun/cc your only escape is your ultimate. And btw that last warn clip, the reason ge was unkillable is because of imo field.
