Hit while the survivor is in the rescuing animation or is in the vaulting animation

Any critical action taking place will Terror Shock a survivor. Rescue, Vaulting (Window or Pallet) Healing, Decoding, Exit Gates. Dropping Pallets do not Terror Shock.
