Really thanks for this informative video, from last one year i am trying to improve my diet and have completely removed processed sugar from my diet. If sometimes I want to have something sweet I tend to order no sugar added chocolates or protIen bars or stevia lol. But my diet is much better than my own family members and by alone that I lost so much fat without gym but still a long way to go and tone my body,. Need to calm down my cravings lol. Now since I have this info, I will use these things even much more less Since can't completely avoid every single thing But at least I am completely avoiding processed sugar! Ahhh I made tofu which I made myself, it tasted so bad i really don't know how to cook:(

But I will follow walking routine daily will start soon. Will loose weight n nomore processed foods from shops. @@Tahiti_6 it's hard ,really hard to convince urself not to eat something, it took me 4-5 months or even more to slowly go away from these foods. Even now I'm not perfect I don't take enough protIen or do enough exercise, not have. Much strength still have fat which I want to lose. But I i know it's hard And u r trying that is also a very big thing. I prefer paneer because of taste but also eat tofu because of less fat and calories. I sometimes drink skimmed milk (I drink milk sometimes only) Coffee ...well exams are near so i sometimes drink black coffee but I'm not addicted to coffee I sometimes eat sugar free protIen bar or very rarely sugar free chocolates It's a fact if u eat enough protIen, carbohydrates, fats and maintain a healthy diet then ur cravings for junk food becomes less Tried and tested So maybe try to just try to have healthy diet little by little then I'm sure ur cravings will become less I hope u achieve ur goals and a healthy lifestyle Ps: for sugar i sometimes take stevia(artificial sweetner u can try that too)

Instant coffee make me stimulated but it's sugary n junk unhealthy type. I love protein bars nut bars usually. Will try to stay away from processed sugar, but instant coffee mini packs I will have to look away for alternatives. I will walk outside daily. Will loose extra kilos of obesed appearance's.
We just eat our food but didnt realise that our body is soo complex, its like a whole universe inside our body😮

What I'm thinking now. Space exists in 4D but the fundamentals still in hold by time. Hypothetically, what if we succeed to send things into 4D and we accelerate it to the speed of light. So, according to the theory of relativity, if an object attains the speed of light its mass get converted into energy. And energy and go beyond the space which can also go beyond the time too. Basically, if we can convert mass into energy and again energy into mass the time travel could be possible in such a way. But here We need a partical accelerator which can help us. If partical accelerator can help us to collide the nucleus it can also help us in the matter of speed. I know it sounds crazy. But think about it.
