Just Thomas for me but also need music or natural sounds for some white noise. After suffering from hyper vigilance I can now not only fall asleep but also go back to sleep almost easily because of the hypnosis he has taught us to expect that takes us past defenses very quickly. During the hurricanes here recently I actually didn’t need him for anything except induction

Thomas!!!!!!!!! Yaaaaa!! The only narrator who's voice calms me. After this week, I need soothing sleep help so bad. Wish he narrated every video. I've almost given up on this channel because some narrators voices grate my nerves. Realize everyone has different preferences, Thomas is the only one that I can fall asleep to though.
