interesting stuff! maybe if theres a possible optimization to the trick, it could make it more viable. i assume you cant get powerup incrementation in yoshis island 2 without some sort of masterjun level of game manipulation because theres no spinning platforms

Yes, any diversion from the fastest speed would lessen the time save here, although top level runners are pretty consistent with flight speed
