Hie I have my master degree in nursing plus 3 years of experience and 7778 in ielts . But because I am 30 plus and married my crs score is 430 only. Since I am not eligible for express entry my lawyer has arranged Lmia for me. But the problem from my end is that it’s an restaurant job and my background is of nursing so I am skeptical about it. Sir, Iam an express entry candidate. Please clear a querry… if medical is done post ITA within a week and reports have not yet been submitted. And in the meantime after 5 days the profile as well as the IELTS score expires what should be done in this situation?? Will embassy accept the proof of medical receipt or IELTS exam score have to be resubmitted? Can it lead to cancellation of the ITA received if embassy is unable to process the medical reports within the 10 days time period before the IELTS expiry??? Example: IELTS expiring 11/11/2022 ITA Received - 02/11/2022 medical done- 05/11/2022 Application submitted- 09/11/22 What should be done in this situation as I probably will be Facing one…. Regards
