I remember one time, I was just hanging out in a park, reading a book, when I was suddenly surrounded by a litter of kittens. They climbed on me, made themselves comfortable and I just looked around confused, until I spotted mum between the shrubs behind me. She looked at me, apparently approved, and decided to take a nap. Best babysitting job ever.

It's hard to get to know them when they look alike, but each one has a unique face and unique eyes that you will learn to recognize, just like recognizing human faces.

I had 3 kittens who looked a lot alike. As adults I can tell them apart, but as kittens I couldn't, or could if I held them up and looked at the white spots on their bellies. They were so hard to tell apart, none of them learned their names. They all think their name is "kitty".

They look exactly the same as three stray kittens I met once in a residential area! They purred just as loud and wouldn't let go of me for about an hour so I just sat there on a gravel covered in kittens and it was the best day ever

They're clever sometimes. Almost got taken out by a whole herd yesterday. They sent a cute one to head me off as a diversion and when I wasn't paying attention the others flanked me like velociraptor's. I've seen this tactic before, which is the only reason I got out alive.

I used to have a gray kitten like them. I loved that cute cat. He was so lovely and he loved to sneak around the house. He died on January 2022 due to food poisoning (he ate something bad from outside). My heart was broken. Poor little thing even had extra thumb.

All cats have their own character, just like people do)) I've met many who were very affectionate, many who were jealous and protective, many mean ones and apathetic ones as well. People who think that cats are antisocial either haven't met all that many or don't know of a proper way to greet them

But in general people shouldn't be just petting or grabbing them from the get-go, it's important to let them sniff your hand first and watch their reaction (People can't really into dogs, too, it's never a good idea to touch an animal when either of you are not familiar with each other or close)
