I have the same thing! I first started getting them at 10! Now I am a few months to 25 years of age, but I only have like 2 or 3 long white hairs. It's genetics.

I'm also a homebody and I can relate to the fact that we need to "force" ourselves to got out or sometimes to even socialize 😂 Wfh means I stay at home almost all the time too and would only go out to buy groceries after almost 2 weeks 😂😂
