In my world Sara all you're habits are normal. You are just a very organised person and do not react well to chaos. I know that having a brain like that can be difficult at times and you can be hard on yourself but l have made my peace with that because I feel as if it has served me well at 62. I have tried to chill about things but I have watched people who are living what to me looks chaotic lives and I know I'm just not wired like that. My husband is forever grateful about my personality because he comes home to a feeling of calm and we can have a lovely evening together. Just accept yourself and go with it. Xx

It is great to see your channel growing, Sara! I also loved this video and see an ordinary day. I much prefer the authentic things, even if they seem ordinary. What you said about your morning routines resonated with me as I’m very similar. I love the quiet of the mornings, lighting a candle, journaling and then doing my exercise. If I skip a day I find it very difficult to get back into it the next day so it’s best for me to do it every day too although I’ve been very slack since I got back from overseas in December and need to get back to work to force myself into these routines again. Using the momentum to keep going when you get home is a great idea and one that had not occurred to me so I will try that this year. I used to do Pilates when I was your age - I’d do a class once a week and work along to videos a couple of times throughout the week but I stopped when life got really busy with young kids and now that I am 50, I really wish that was the one thing I kept doing. I started again last year. Sorry for the long comment!

Loved your cozy vlog! I tried using a projector but I found it to be a hassle to set up, I couldn't watch anything during the day as I prefer to read in the evening and stopped using it after 2 or 3 times. I'd rather watch things on the laptop.

Are your bed different to the UK as we would place a mattress on top of the base of a bed not just a mattress topper would place matress topper in top of a mattress

It’s definitely normal here to just have a mattress topper on a box spring mattress. This is how they sell them in Ikea as well. Either way, it’s comfortable, so I’m happy 🫶🏼
