Sometimes extroverts just step over boundaries like they don't exist. I learned the hard way to make em feel their mistakes, one way or another... If i don't they don't stop the bs. Lately, i discovered the simple effectiveness of a disappointed staredown directly into their eyes without saying anything. Like i don't even waste my energy to argue about it but i make sure you know whats up. Just don't overuse that. If it doesn't work to deter the aggressor from pissing you off, you gotta have other options to stop them. But it's usually worth a shot since it can be an easy way to deal with them without escalating the situation for everyone.

Sometimes I don't know how to stand up for myself without hurting their ego or saying something that might go too far also. It's important to set boundaries but for an introvert it can be hard to speak up for yourself sometimes, and when you do nobody really respects those boundaries, and if the bullying goes to far and you want to tell someone you don't want to be made a bigger target. People say "Just ignore it." As an introvert that's been bullied I have learned to ignore it most of the time but it's not always hard to ignore the impact it makes on me. Why is this so relatable😭

It's so hard holding back tears to not look like a complete wuss, and to resist beating up someone over it is nearly impossible. There are so many times I wanted to literally KILL someone because of it, and in the end, people never understand the struggle, always bullying me for it, saying I have anger issues, I'm a sore loser, and other things along that line. People don't understand how hard it is to hold back from breaking into tears, or to getting into a fight.
