Oh my!!! Oh sweetheart. I know this was a while ago but you made me cry, you made me really think and you also touched on many things that I have gone through. Solo much in one video. I don't even know where to start. I am soooo happy for you. I can't even imagine how wonderful this was for you. About 8 years ago I became very very sick. I have had Lyme disease since I was about 10 years old and it finally caught up to me. I found out that I had 73 food allergies and sensitivities so at first I lost a lot of weight. Then the past 3 years I have not been able to drive and my wonderful hubby has found more things that I can eat. So. Long story short, I'm not doing anything!!! But I'm eating more. I leave the house a few times a month. I have never had a problem with my weight until now and I have gained 50 lbs. I don't fit into anything I used to and I don't want to spend money on bigger clothes because I know I'll lose the weight and it will just be a waste. I've bought things at goodwill to tide me over but as you said. You don't feel good wearing things that don't actually fit or are so faded and worn out etc. I had such beautiful clothes before and they are all just in a big dresser and tubs waiting for me to lose weight. You made me think. How amazing would it make someone else feel to get those clothes that are just wasting away right now. I am going to try and find someone my size that needs clothes and give some away. We are blessed that we have no debt. My dad taught me that if I didn't have the cash to pay for something then I didn't need it. I am sooooo blessed that I am not in debt and that I've usually always had health insurance. I did owe quite a bit of money to medical bills at one point. I have 2 children and was a single mom most of their lives. Anyway. I just want to thank you for opening your heart and sharing this. I pray the woman that gave you these beautiful clothes got to see this video.

Thank you for this video! When I went to college my mom had just died and I only had clothes that were uniforms from high school, and I really didn't want to wear those to college where I would be meeting new people and starting my adult life. There was a woman at my church who she said God had told her to let me try these clothes on after this one girl and I got so many pants and I didn't mind wearing my polo shirts with those. It was a God send. Now, as my husband and I are going through our debt free journey, 8 years later, we were gifted with my in-law's spare car because ours keeps breaking down and the paid for one that we got was smashed. I've been driving that paint coming off, blue pain splattered all over it, maroon 20+ year old car for a year and a half now. Our last car payment that was made on the car that kept breaking down was made last week, so all we need to do now is fix it back up once more, sell it, get a new to us car that is paid in full, and then we can give that other car back, hopefully in better shape than we got it in. That lady giving me clothes, and my in-law's providing us with a car has helped us so much, and I hate being indebted to people, but they don't see it that way and your video encouraged me about that. Thank you. Keep up the good work and congrats on not being in debt anymore!

I think we have a lot of similarities on how we got into debt. And, I am now very plus-size, so I understand the frustration on buying pants and clothes that make me feel good. I posted a question recently about how to prepare for my moms funeral. But I know He has a plan for me and I'm not worried. So now it's 2019 and Im fairly new to BG. Oh sweetheart this is the most touching ,heartfelt ,sincere video I've seen on KZbin ever. I cried with you.❤️ when I was younger,I remember not having £6 to replace canvas shoes I wore all the time and I was at a cousins house who had a daughter who was disabled and she crawled everywhere so I got on the floor to play and crawl with her and people saw my skin through the holes on my sole of the shoes,it was embarrassing.I've recently lost 70lbs..might add put some on a Christmas but losing again as still more to go,I to had a time when I did not have much money or even clothes to fit but my circumstances have changed so I'm buying new clothes and the relief to have clothes without holes and are pretty is fantastic.i understand how happy you are. You looked overwhelmed with gratitude.but sweetheart you truly are a golden person and your light shines bright and I'm sure God will bless you forevermore in his way ,anyone who sees your beautifulness and grace will always be drawn to you and that includes God. I dearly hope the kind lady who gave them to you has seen the video,it's a wonderful way to honour her because she would truly see your raw thankful emotion. I don't have a clothing budget per say, unfortunately, because I would totally do that! I give myself $50 a month "personal" money that can be used to buy clothing, gifts, non-tolietry household items, etc. It's kind of a slush fund. It can be used for wants, but most often goes to unanticipated needs throughout the month, so I'm hesitant to cut it down further. As I said in the video, I spent less than $100 on clothing this past year, so the items I was so generously gifted replaced a lot of things that I would have had to find the money for later. I promise I'm cutting every corner I can! Thanks for watching!
