Celicas brakes let it down a little on a track like this to be fair. The Avensis upgrade would have helped a little but a brembo or willwood set up would be even better but then that would cost about the same as what the car is worth 😅 still a great drive

Kostas Megane Cup is fantastic, properly fantastic, very quick track car and especially good with a few suspension tweaks. Just lacking the high revving N/A character but much faster so it’s swings and roundabouts!

@@K1000yaris On black flag you need to leave the track and go to the pits. Reason for that is either dangerous driving or too loud exhaust or something other of hazardous nature. In this case the guys were doing too many powerslides, which is forbidden on most tracks. I hope that helps. ☺

Why am I always on the edge of my seat when I watch your videos!?!?!? Absolutely fantastic!! On a side note, check out a guy called Conorsev on KZbins. He does FWD drifting and it is pretty damn kool to watch. He drifts an old Mk2 Prelude in Australia and drifts at Ebisu as well in a Mk3 Prelude.

U could buy 2 pairs of 15x8 wheels for 225/45r15 tires, 1 pair for clio and 1 for the 306. To use at front. Its not much expensive and will be alot better than 195

Amazing. What i want to know is, how much money did it cost to get that upgrades for the Celica? And is it safe for the daily driving, with a setup like yours? I like the 'oversteer' that she has.

It was around £750 excluding the cost of the wheels, cams and geometry setup. What helps with the oversteer is the stiff rear springs but the springs that you see in this video are too stiff for the road so Ben is going to try and find a compromise but hopefully keep some oversteer characteristics. Other than that, the setup is fine for the road.

No difference in revyness with the sump. The Celica and Clio are a similar pace and are fair bit quicker than the 306 in a straight line

Combination of the car's setup and tyres. Rear sway bar is standard.

James Ghattas gotta go faster on entry. It’s not gonna stay out if you go in to slow. But it’s a flick one way. Let it swing. And then keep it out with incremental and then large wheel movement
