I love the fact that they went with this new format with an extra Champs. Hope they continue with this format 👍, base cards, silver players and so on

I like the event. I would like to see a similar event where players have to use base cards from the same team to complete their roster and play in HUT Champs. If you get a certain number of wins, you receive a card for that team whose OVR automatically increases throughout the year. Such a card would be available for both NHL and non-NHL teams. It would force some players to pause before dumping these cards into sets. Sleeves, I believe you mentioned something like this in a prior video.

I love the event, hate the timing. Do this at launch. Type of cards, and card rarety is golden. The higher rarity have more XFactors. No limit for growth and short cycles for Art Design. Seasons Rewards will be reusable in different modes. So your Omg what did you say sleeves? “Omg Cyle”?

Just finished and went 12-7-1. Whew, that was stressful lol Ending up spending quite a bit on the choice pack and some of the better 81’s, but now everything is up for sale, so hopefully I can make some money back. GL Sleeves

I finished at 10-5 and no way was I playing the final 5. I got Dave and I'm OUT. I bought a bunch of the strong must-have Base Icons (Modano, Gartner, Robitaille, Roenick, Boyle, Foote, Gonchar, Pronger, Jagr, and Lindros) and just sold them back the instant I hit 10. Recouped all my money and agreed it was super fun.

I'd throw in Yvan Cournoyer with 90 speed and silver wheels and Theo Fleury with 88 speed as well. Little guys with speed helped me grind out my 10 wins.

@@Kirill4Hart⁠I had Fleury in the lineup initially but a gust of wind will knock him down. Took him out and put in Lindros who was solid on the wing.

I quit after playing a guy with 96 Roberto in net and another guy was doing circles around my team with a 92ov. I was 2-4 lol

I deleted this game yesterday, so tired of boring events winnning 5-0 in the third against an 86 overall team just to have my Goalie let in 6 unanswered goals like what is the point of grinding and playing as hard as I do if the goaltending loses me the match whenever it feels like, and before you say get better yadda yadd I put on over 1000 hours this year played many years before, I’m not shit at the game the mechanics this year are god awful and it’s fucking annoying, wide open pass up the ice banks it off the board wide open crease pass fires it at the goalie, can’t hit lower overalls but somehow they can completely cream my 96s like get fucked ea I’m done back to playing rpgs where my skills actually count.

Im in the same boat as you bro. 2 young kids with no time or energy to waste on this. So i selled all my icons and flipped everything to Power ups for Chara.
