Thank you for educating us. I wish I watched your video before my bbl. I live in Toronto and had my bbl with dr mathew plant who didn’t do blood test. After my bbl I almost died at home because I lost a lot of blood and needed blood transfusion twice. God bless you for asking for the blood test before any bbl because you care for patients’ lives unlike dr mathew plant who just cares about patient’s money not their safety

My primary orders my thyroid tests and controls my meds. I've never been asked to go to an endo. I have hypothyroidism. Hoping this is ok enough in Seattle. My condition is well controlled and very healthy otherwise.

I had a heart attack almost three years ago due to stress and smoking cigarettes . I’ve quit smoking I have blockage in my heart and one stem would I still be able to get surgery 360 lipobbl and bm surgery

BMI's are so relative. Everyone carries their weight differently and weight lifters obviously have high BMI's. I think surgeons need to use discretion in this area.

most surgeons ask for it to be 30 & under my surgeon told me to lose weight for “best results” on my tummy tuck and my bmi is 26.4 😭

That’s not skinny at all. 😂 I have a 24.4 bmi and not skinny at all, just fit with the weight in the right places.

My TSH came back at 4.31. So it's in range, but close? I do have hypothyroidism. I take 125mcg of Synthroid a day. My pcp told me she will clear me. So hoping this is ok? Not getting surgery with you. I'm in Seattle. Using a surgeon in my area. Just nervous about possibly getting postponed. 😬

@@pureplasticsurgery that stinks, it's rather discriminatory. I hope after 50, you don't need any elective knee replacements, or elective shoulder surgeries and physicians say - uh no you are over 50, sorry.
