The gender care is so true! Even with teens, parents can sign for fillers, implants, veneers for the teeth, or even a nose job, and it’s fine. But on the flip side, you can have grown ass adults who want a reduction and they’re going to make sure your reason is good enough. It’s weird really. Want super giant implants, fine. Want a reduction, nope.

Mak I am a CIS woman (also a grandma and only clarifying so you know I’m not mansplaining lol) and I used to climb (wayyyyy back in the day) and took a bunch of classes and I think you may be relying too much on your arm strength. Like my teachers would always say you never ever want to rely on your arms because you will expend way too much energy. Always point your toes out on the wall (plié style) and use your legs for the strength to go up - never pull up from the arms, push up from your legs. You may never see this but if you do I hope it helps ❤

I really relate to what you had to say about being in a long-distance relationship, and the pain you feel not being able to engage physically with your partner. When my husband and I first got together, we had about two weeks in person before we had to move apart for our jobs. We were apart for like, 10 months, and the distance would be so frustrating because sometimes one of us would be in Colorado and one of us would be in California, and sometimes we would both be in Louisiana but we would still be too far apart to see each other. We both had really poorly paying jobs, so we got to see each other maybe once every other month, if that. We tried to make the best of it by doing phone calls and video chat, but we were both really suffering because we wanted to be able to hug each other and kiss each other etc. We knew that we wanted to have a long-term relationship when we got together, and after our jobs both ended because they had a deadline, that we would have the opportunity to live together. I think that was the only reason that I survived long-distance, I needed to know that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Fwiw we are still married and it's been 15 years ❤

So my s.i.l. had giant boobs, like size J and she had to FIGHT to get them reduced. No one and I mean not a living soul could look at her and not easily see that she was in pain. It's ridiculous. When I got my hysterectomy, I went through having a colonoscopy because colon cancer runs in the family, and I got an exam of my bladder, I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis, BUT when I went for the hysterectomy exam they would have sent me to have all of that done before had I not done it already. Look, I was just trying to stop the pain, I, AS AN ADULT, knew I didn't want to have more kids. I should be able to do what I want with my damn body without some man saying, "well, let's just make sure you know what you're talking about." Men. Ffs.
