Dear Derek, communication is a valid struggle for people with ADHD. I’ve lost many friends over this. I now put check ins in my Calendar. Check in with son, check in with MIL , text your niece. Some are weekly, some more frequent a couple less frequent. But reminders help.

When Tanner said, “It’ll be ok. They’re gonna figure it out” (imo) spoke volumes about his faith! Can you imagine being 16 or 17, seeing your sibling/best friend in that condition & KNOWING everything will be ok?🙌🏾 He’s human so of course there was some doubt, but faith “the size of a mustard seed” is all you need. He had more! So much more that the doubt was unable to win!🥲❤️❤

Sooooo I’ve never had an encounter with ghosts/spirits. I had the podcast on while baby was napping and I was doing laundry. While Tanner was telling his experience with ghosts all of a sudden my babies fisher price keyboard table started playing!!! It doesn’t work with out you pushing buttons and has never gone off before!!! I freaked a little then let it go. Then it happened again (while still listening to podcast)!!!! 2nd time was as if someone was pushing the buttons bc it was switching songs!! Sooo crazy. Still weirded out by it. Wasn’t going to share but it was just too much to keep to myself lol! Much love ♡
@Tom_McMurtry10 ай бұрын
Ā lot of people describe such things happening when they listen to someone else's ghostly or demonic tales. Anywho ask Jesus to bless the place and keyboard or play the lord's prayer as a song and it usually solves such things many find.

Favorite podcast so far!! I love you all!! I love how authentic you all are. I have never seen a ghost/spirit, but I have heard and seen things that made me wonder if they are real. My sister took a video of our son while we were out of town so he could tell us good night and then she sent it to us. About that time she called me and she started screaming, saying that there was voices in the video and no one was in the house, but her and my son. I opened up the video and started watching it and you could hear heavy breathing and then all of a sudden you could hear a lady say, hello Sonny. Which is weird because that’s what I call my oldest son. She sent the video to a paranormal activity place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They wanted to come to the house and set up cameras because they said there was a lot of activity in that video and they were interested in filming in the house. Well, unfortunately, we moved out not long after that, so they were never able to go to verify anything. I still have the video!! It gives me cold chills every time I watch it, because before the woman said hello Sonny, my son kept saying, what’s that, it’s almost like he heard it. I also caught him in front of the fireplace one day talking to someone and then at the end of the conversation I heard him say, “OK grandma, I will. I love you too.” This was in 2011 and my mom passed away in 2007. I have had moments that make believe!

It’s actually still an extremely dangerous country unfortunately. But i love that he mentioned that the people and culture is so beautiful. It’s true. The danger comes largely bc of gangs which run large parts lf the country as well as government and police corruption. Our friends run an amazing ministry there working with at-risk children, it is called Casa de Luz if anyone wants to support them x

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), from Utah and served my mission in Kansas which is a far cry from Honduras 😂 but I loved it!! Definitely the most formative experience of my young adult life! I served 2020-21, and am now getting married at 23 in two months. I do feel kind of old to be getting married by Utah standards but I am so excited and glad that it worked out now rather than a few years ago. Thanks for talking about missions in a real way!! That doesn't happen a lot on social media/out in the world, especially in settings where there are people outside of the church.
