you can let go of option/alt key once you are in the duplicate mode for gridify existing objects. it's already going to duplicate because you started with an opt/alt drag. After dragging, it'll stay in the duplicate mode, so you don't need a third hand to activate the grid.

Category/section and its descriptions.. and inside that there are few menu items ( with description) and its price.. all these i have in excel diffent columns... i can copy paste.. but i wan to create a design which is easy to maintain like when i need to add any item other things adjust accoringly .. is that possible? please make a video
