Getting Kiko Goats Ready for Winter

Thanks for sharing. I don’t have kilo goats. I have Nubian/boar mix, and mini Nubians. This is my first winter with them. It’s cold here in Wyoming. It’s going to get to -7 tonight. I have been worried about my girl’s, and boy’s, but this makes me feel better. I have dog kennels right now for the boy’s, and a small 3 sided wood shelter for my girl’s. How do you keep there water from freezing, and do you provide warm water? I’m always looking for ideas. Thank you again.❤️❤️

Hello! You are most welcome and thank you for your questions. Water is absolutely the biggest challenge - especially on the canyon where the infrastructure is not yet in!
