What a lot of people don't realize is, how much energy it takes to digest a pound of flesh as opposed to a pound of say salid or beans or other vegistables. It takes five times more energy to digest animal flesh and thats five times less energy you have to do other things with. Dont believe me test it yourself. Eat a big steak dinner and notice how tired you are a few hours later noy eat a vegan dinner even with the same ampunt of protean and notice how light and energetic you feel later. As for you Cam Godd On Youu! This will make a big difference Also if you haven't already try drinking a shot or two of wheat grass juice with every meal. Personally when people ask me why I'm a vegan I say because my stomach is not a grave yard for dead animals!
