Natawa ko habang nanunuod myghaad! Hahahaha Di ko namalayan naka nganga na pala ko.lol Naranasan ko na din mag brace Ate, pero 1or 2 years lahat ata? Need kasi bago ko i jacket-crown ata tawag dito i forgot. Haha Pero yun, happy naman ako nung time na naka brace ako kasi natakpan yung pagka yellowish ko super struggle lang talaga kasi di ka makakakain ng matigas and also mga pagkain na alam mong sasabit sa brace mo kasi may event ka pang need puntahan whateverr. Pero supeer aliwalas talaga sa pakiramdam nung tinanggal na. Haha ♥️

Medyo can’t relate with the retainers 🥺 cause fixed retainers akin which is attached at the back of my upper and lower teeth, and for life na daw siya but have it checked every 6 months to make sure well attached pa siya and if you feel na medyo off siya ayun hehehe

Ever since nagpatanggal ako braces, siguro mga 2 ko months lang sinuot. (Yung retainers) Nagmove din teeth ko hahahhah pero okay lang din, ang hirap kasi makipag usap sa passengers and di rin maganda tignan 🤣

yung nang retainer ako 2 months ko lang yata sinuot hirap kumain sumisiksik sa siya sa looob na bulol pa ko sa letter S yun tinigil ko pag suot ayos naman ngipin ko pinagkamalan pa pustiso 😂
