I have this steamer, but an older model. You have to pump the handle up and down multiple times before the steam really coms out. I love mine! I got one also to stop using the swiffer cleaner and pads. 😊

My plumber said it was a good way to keep the pipes clear. I've heard a lot of people also talk about addin baking soda to the vinegar. It's supposed to help prevent build-up.
