I recommend you listen to The Joy Pod podcast as the nutritional therapists talk about supplementation. The supplements you see in the shops usually contain synthetic ingredients, fillers, binders ect which are not good for our bodies. There are better supplement companies that you can find supplements from. It's actually better to seek advice from a nutritionist on supplements but I appreciate that's expensive. But we should not be taking supplements just based on our own guess work.

I come from Malindi Kenya now am living in Sweden, I understand you. I used to be sick all the time because of the weather. Know am ok. First you have to exept in your mind the weather changing is not like Mombasa ,second you have to wear heavy clothing even during summer. ❤❤❤❤
