Zeliha, I’m incredibly proud!! A bright, dedicated young physician like you has the opportunity to experience something far superior (advanced, compassionate and humane)! The insights and knowledge you’ll gain from Japan’s medical systems and ethical approach will provide a strong foundation, setting you apart from many junior doctors who seem to be more full of themselves than equipped with true scientific rigor later in their careers. I sincerely hope you won’t let your talent and passion be wasted in such a crumbling system. And please, don’t be disappointed about being placed in a hospital outside of London. In fact, you’re truly fortunate. This way, you’ll have the time to focus on your patients and your ongoing learning, facing the real, meaningful challenges of the work you love-without the additional pressure of meeting the inhumane and unrealistic “targets” that are at their peak in London. I’m genuinely glad you have this chance to build a strong foundation before feeling crushed under the strain of being unable to help patients as effectively and promptly as you’d wish. In a few years, if you decide to return to London, you’ll truly appreciate the difference that these initial years will have made in your development. Bol şans, umarım her sey senin için mutluluk, sağlık, kolaylık içinde ilerliyordur. Bizi haberdar etmeyi unutma lütfen. 👏🏼🤞🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
