Breakfast tips: If you are not hungry, you don't have to eat breakfast, a lot of people don't get hungry until much later in the day (me for example), another tip is to eat what you like to eat, don't just eat something bc it's the quintessential breakfast food, if you want pizza for breakfast...eat pizza.
