the body keeps the score is a phenomenal book! i am also a psych major and someone in mental health & trauma recovery and this books was a huge game changer. it is not triggering - its written in more of a text book style and it really opened my eyes to the development of what "trauma" and ptsd means in the realm of the DSM and clinical world ALSO i love ur videos i always clean and reset my life when u post lol
