I have a lot of mental health struggles as well. I put stuff off all the time. But I've finally made the decision that I'm going to better myself and get a personal trainer at the gym. It's going to be rough but I'm going to do it.

I started watching and following your channels for your beautiful nail content. Now, it’s because I can relate to you on many levels. I have the same poor habits and you have inspired me to try harder to find and be a better version of myself starting this year. You are a beautiful soul, inside and out. It can be hard to accept when someone compliments your appearance or your mind and when they tell you that you are perfect the way that you are when you don’t see yourself the same way when you look in the mirror. But just try to remember that what they are saying is true and it’s only you that is holding you back from seeing it. On the days when you’re feeling low, you are stronger than you think you are ❤

So happy for you Kayli. The part where you went in the water and ran back so elated made me so happy to watch 🥰 I actually think the enjoyment of the journey is what carries you forward with these things rather than discipline and this is why it's so important to find ways to actually like the things that are good for you! Discipline falters day to day, but if you're excited to get up and see the sunrise because you love it then it makes things simpler 😊

I’ve just recently started listening to daily audiobooks and biblical stories whenever I get ready for my day or making my coffee I’ve found myself to think and feel less stress about work and school and not worrying about the future, the Bible is the most insightful book you’ll ever read and once you read the stories about forgiveness, love, family, jealousy it literally makes you think a little more about how life is and the actions we take😇🤍 really excited for this new year journey of yours! As an active person who solely runs, I’ve been getting back into arms and abs which are great for slimming. Cardio is hard, I used to be able to run 6 miles on a treadmill and now only do 25-35 minutes with a warm up and cool down. It’s not easy, but do as much as you can, even walk in between for a run. You can do it!
