You cracked me up with the “have your cake and eat it too” thing girl 😭 once you eat your cake, you don’t have a cake anymore. You may be SOO excited to get a big frosted pink cake, but then once you get it, and you dig in and eat it all.. you don’t have your cake anymore, the moment you were all excited for is gone On one hand, if you get so obsessed with the idea of having the cake, you’ll never get to actually eat it and enjoy it, it’ll just sit there. But if you go and eat it straight away, then the party’s over.. that cake you were so excited to have doesn’t exist anymore.
