as an italian x irish person, yes that olive oil SLAPS that lady knows what's up, as that butter has been a staple in my pantry at home for years! on another note, the clean eating thing is REAL! Started clean eating, prioritising whole foods, limiting processed sugars, cutting carbs pretty much completely (for me this was sooo beneficial but it's definitely not for everybody) and trying to get as much protein in as possible; And I have to say I have never felt better in my whole life. To be fair I did this because I have some health conditions, but I'm actually a bit younger than you and girl did this make me feel amazing. So happy to have my favourite youtuber do this similarly too!!

regarding your plant- it's wintertime, so its normal for Tropicals to drop leaves to reserve energy as they aren't getting as much sunlight as they normally need. when spring comes around and growth starts again, the old dead branches will be very easy to snap off.
