3:37 I’m always so blown away by how pretty you look after they do skincare and a hydrating lip product on you. No makeup at all but already so glowy and radiant. The Dior counter assistant at Debenhams did my wedding make up 😆 I went in for a free make over and she ended up doing multiple trials until I was happy and even changed her shift so she could do my make up on my wedding morning - all for free!

She did not use the spoolie for the brow cara though. And skin prep. 😞Ah, too bad really. The result is pretty though. But really, the problem with makeup counters is usually not all stands provide them that, or any knowledge to do that. I heard from friends who used to work in M*c that what they learned from their former place and their new workplace and beauty schools are so different in regards of sanitation. One of them even fight for tools and product uses because it kept missing and used by other employee. Idk if it is still the case though, it was back at 2011

Usually a makeup counter doesn’t charge-they’re selling product, not their services. There’s no requirement to buy, but it’s expected. I’d love to see her go to a Bobbi Brown counter. They do great makeup.
