Getting my new golden retriever puppy

8 week old female golden retriever puppy Bailey.
UPDATE January 8th 2017: Bailey is about a year and a half old, I will be making an update video very soon so stay tuned if you want to see what she looks like now. She is about 65 pounds and is pretty much full grown. I was very surprised when I saw this video had this many views, I pretty much just made it for my family and to look back at this video when Bailey was older. Thanks for all the likes and comments it really means a lot to me.

I'm picking up my little fur baby today, we just lost 2 of our German Shepherds (14 yrs old) due to old age at the beginning of the year, which left one by herself and I'm hoping the young one can invoke some life in her and the family :) I'm so excited I've always wanted a Golden Retriever.

I have 4 adult golden retrievers. They do honestly become such a huge part of a family when they grow up!

I agree. best breed ever. I just lost one of my boys a few months ago. 😢 But we have only 1 golden now. We are breeding him. he's a white golden. Goldens are the only breed for me

1:12 I recommend putting a leash on her, goldies are known for their curious behaviour, I have 2, if she ran away god knows what would have happened. Also. Goldies are very fast and can be invisible sometimes when they run, you would also need lots of backyard space for her to run around 🙃 Just saying goodbye

Nataly Nat well if u want a rescue you can contact a local shelter and if u want a pure bred dog than u can contact breeders. But you have to be careful when contacting breeders because there are a lot of scams out there.

My God! Let this dog come home and let him explore first. Not with too many people artound him and touch him. It's all new for him/her. I see every time watching those kind of videos the same mistakes. Before getting a dog brush up your brain and inform yourself about it. and at least putting the dog in a card box.
